Simulating all control and measurement parameters will be needed in the research and test of telemetry missiles and launch vehicle, which is very important for improving the development efficiency of the entire project of the system and ensuring the reliability of each subsystem performance. The paper aims to study and achieve the generic equivalent test bed which used to produce an analog and digital signal which has various kinds of format parameters and to realize the Real-time monitoring of multi-channel data transmission module.This article has made a further research around the various types of analog and digital signals of the measurement systems and the Real-time monitoring of the multi-channel data, which is in the support of the “a telemetry system of measurement system” program. It has studied the mechanism of multi-channel analog and digital signals of different formats, real-time algorithm of network data transmission on the CAN bus and the scheduling algorithm of multi-channel data and the implementation of the work, which are according to the various types of formats parameters signal and the real-time detection of a large amount of data.Based on current domestic and foreign research and development trend of test system, with the practical use and work requirement, a design proposal of the equivalent test platform is put forward. We use the thought of modular design. They are analog modules, switch modules, digital modules and the master of real-time detection module.The analog module is used to produce 26-channel analog DC signal, sinusoidal AC signal of 3-way and 4-way platformtorque current signal；The switch module produces a 21 road
