This paper mainly discusses the risk management of trust companies. Based on the micro project, represented by real estate trust, the paper elaborates the key indicators of real estate investment projects and the measures of risk management., further, based on the perspective of the macroeconomic and the risk pricing theory, the paper discusses the correlation of the economic indicators and the trust products’ yields, at the same time, we analyzes the data results.
