生产性服务贸易对中国四类制造业国际竞争力影响研究 　　摘要：基于生产性服务贸易影响制造业生产率和技术水平的双向视角，首先运用数据包络分析法将中国制造业划分为四类，然后利用中国2000～2010年的UNCTAD数据，测算四类制造业的国际竞争力指数，再运用岭回归分析法实证分析七类生产性服务贸易对中国四类制造业国际竞争力的影响。结果发现：生产性服务贸易不能提升技术能力弱的制造业的国际竞争力；不同类型的生产性服务贸易对技术能力强的制造业的国际竞争力影响不尽相同。 　　关键词：生产性服务贸易；制造业；国际竞争力；岭回归分析法 　　中图分类号：F746 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-8409（2014）04-0011-04 　　Abstract： Based on the fact that the productive service trade affects both the productivity and technological level of manufacturing industry， this paper divides Chinese manufacturing industry into four categories using data envelopment analysis. Then based on the data of China during 2000～2010 from UNCTAD database， it calculates the international competitiveness indexes of four categories of the manufacturing industry and analyses the influence of seven productive services trade on the international competitiveness of Chinese four manufacturing industry categories by ridge regression analysis. The results show that the productive service trade cannot promote the international competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises with weak technological ability； different departments of productive service trade have different influences on international competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises with strong technical ability. 　　Key words： productive service trade； manufacturing industry； international competitiveness； ridge regression analysis 　　1引言 　　生产性服务又称生产者服务，最早由Green field（1966）提出，在理论内涵上是指市场化的中间投入，即可用于商品和服务的进一步生产的非最终消费服务。生产性服务贸易则是生产性服务业在国际间的进出口贸易活动。近二十年来，伴随经济全球化进程，跨国公司全球化生产制造体系对生产性服务的需求一方面促进了相应的生产性服务贸易规模急剧扩展；另一方面，生产性服务贸易也为制造业的全球化、高效率生产提供了保障，提升了其经济效益。这一现象引发了许多学者就生产性服务贸易对一国制造业发展、商品贸易结构的影响效应问题开展研究。 　　Francois和 Reiner（1996）的研究揭示出在全球范围内的制造业中，外购生产性服务的增加是制造业发展的普遍规律。Marrewijk和Stibora基于两国要素禀赋差异、技术差异和服务密集度差异，用两国垄断竞争模型研究了生产性服务贸易对最终产品贸易的影响，其结论表明一国生产性服务发展缓慢会使该国的最终产品在国际贸易中失去比较优势[1]。而Markusen等进一步从企业层面研究了一国进行生产性服务贸易的必要性，指出一国可通过引进国外先进的服务要素，弥补由于缺乏相关服务投入所导致的国内最终产品比较劣势的退化[2]。Antonelli等采用英、美、德、意大利四国的商业服务在生产部门的投入数据，评估了知识密集型商业服务对生产部门的贡献，该研究发现商业服务的投入可以提高生产部门的效率水平[3]。Hoekman和Ma
