13例呼吸窘迫综合征患者临床治疗体会 　　摘要：目的：探讨呼吸窘迫综合征的方法及效果。方法：选取临床2013年2月至2013年12月收治的13例确诊为呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床资料进行分析讨论。结果：13例患者经过治疗症状消失及好转8例，总有效率61%。结论：根据呼吸窘迫综合征的临床表现。应立即给予一般治疗，配合其他对症，支持治疗 。 　　关键词：呼吸窘迫综合征；一般治疗；药物治疗 　　Abstract： Objective： To investigate the respiratory distress syndrome and effect. Methods： 13 cases of 2013 February to 2013 December were clinically for respiratory distress syndrome in patients with clinical data were analyzed and discussed. Results： 13 patients after treatment the symptoms disappeared or improved in 8 cases， the total efficiency of 61%. Conclusion： according to clinical manifestatio
