Methods The clinical data of 1 168 patients of nevus of Ota were analyzed retrospectively，which included the data of sex，age， clinical classification，color of skin lesions，and so on. Results In these 1 168 patients the ratio of male to female was 1：3.28，the average age of female patients was higher than that of male，and the age of onset was no significant difference between male and female.And the area，color of lesions，and diagnostic time of these patients were no significant difference between sexes. Conclusion These results suggest that there were some characteristics existing in sex，ages，areas and colors of nevus of Ota. 　　Key words： nevus of Ota； clinical data； retrospective； analysis； distribution characteristics 　　太田痣（Nevus of Ota）又称眼上腭部褐青色痣（Nevus fuscoceruleus Ophthal momaxillaris）、眼皮肤黑素细胞增生病（Oculo dermamelanocytosis），是一种主要累及同侧面部三叉神经眼支、上颌支走行部位的良性色素性皮肤病，主要发生于颧、颊部的皮肤及巩膜青褐、蓝黑色斑片状损害，也可累及眼周、额部和鼻翼，国内发病率为0.2%～0.6%[1]。虽然太田痣是一种皮肤良性肿瘤，但有部分研究发现太田痣常伴青光眼且其发生恶变会出现皮肤、葡萄膜、眼眶或脑膜恶性黑素瘤等并发症[2-6]。获得性双侧太田痣则常伴发黄褐斑等其他皮肤病[7]。随着人们生活水平的日益提高，大家对美的追求意识不断增强，太田痣已不仅仅是美容问题，也成为患者的心理创伤，患者求治需求越来越高。本研究收集了1 168例太田痣患者的临床资料并进行总结分析，现报道如下。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 病例来源：收集2005年1月-2014年12月在笔者医院激光美容门诊诊治的1 168例太田痣患者信
