改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定三踝骨折疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定三踝骨折治疗效果。 方法 方便选择该院自2010年6月―2016年6月收治的106例三踝骨折患者，所有患者均给予改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定治疗，观察治疗效果。 结果 手术治疗后，69例患者恢复良好，27例患者恢复一般，优良率为90.57%；所有患者的手术时间为（62.19±14.29）min，术中失血量为（72.38±6.92）mL；有9例患者在术后3 d内出现足背外侧麻木，有4例患者内侧切口发红。临床愈合时间为6～13周，平均时间为（7.97±3.02）周。在术后6个月时行X线检查，结果显示：所有患者均的骨折线均模糊，不良愈合的现象不存在。 结论 给予三踝骨折患者行改良踝关节后外侧入路联合内侧复位固定治疗疗效较好，值得应用。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 后外侧入路；内侧复位固定；三踝骨折；效果分析 　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0076-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Modified Posterior-lateral Approach of Ankle and Interior Reset in Fixation of Three Ankle Fractures 　　HOU Ling-feng 　　Department of Orthopedics， Gaoxin District People’s Hospital， Suzhou， Jiangsu Province， 215129 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative efect of modified posterior-lateral approach of ankle and interior reset in fixation of three ankle fractures.
