中医药治疗高血压病临床研究 　　摘 要 目的：观察自拟中药方穴位敷贴和涌泉穴按压治疗原发性高血压病的降压效果及安全性。方法：选择2014年1月―2015年1月中心门诊高血压患者150例，分为干预组、对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ，每组50例。三组在不改变原降压药的基础上，干预组同时增加自拟中药方穴位敷贴加涌泉穴按压，对照组Ⅰ仅增加自拟中药方穴位敷贴，对照组Ⅱ仅增加涌泉穴按压。观察三组降压效果、中医临床症候和安全性，观察时间为1年。结果：三组治疗后血压较治疗前均有所改善，患者临床症状也都有不同程度减轻，干预组较对照组疗效更加显著。结论：自拟中药方穴位敷贴和涌泉穴按压治疗高血压病都具有确切的疗效，且二者联合应用效果更显著。以上三组在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应，安全性好。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 高血压 中药方 穴位敷贴 涌泉穴按压 　　中图分类号：R544.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）04-0031-02 　　Clinical study of the Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of hypertension 　　FENG Xiangrong， QIU Li， NIE Ran， ZHANG Yong 　　（Changfengxincun ChangfengCommunity Health Service Center of Putuo District， Shanghai 200062， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the antihypertensive effect and safety of the self-made acu-point plasters with the Chinese herbal medicine prescription and yongquan acu-point press in the treatment of the primary hypertension. Methods： From Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015， 150 cases were selected in the outpatient clinic of the center and divided into three groups， an intervention group， a control group 1 and a control group 2 with 50 cases each. On the basis of not changing the original antihypertensive drugs in the three groups， the intervention group was added the self-made plasters with the Chinese herbal medicine prescription and yongquan acu-point press， the control group 1 was added the self-made plasters with the Chinese herbal medicine prescription and the control group 2 was only added yongquan acu-point press. The antihypertensive effect， clinical symptoms of TCM and safety were observed in the three groups for one year. Results： The blood pressure was improved better after than before the treatment and the clinic symptoms were mitigated in the different degrees. The effect was much more prominent in the intervention group than in the other two groups.
