2013―2014年顺义区乳腺癌筛查现况分析 　　【摘要】 目的：全面了解顺义区乳腺癌筛查现况。方法：乳腺癌筛查采用临床体检和超声检查进行初筛，对于初筛阳性和高危人群转诊行X线检查。从“北京市妇幼保健网络信息系统”获取顺义区2013年和2014年乳腺癌筛查个案资料。分析筛查对象的年龄分布，并计算不同年龄组检出率、转诊率及每检出1例乳腺癌所需的筛查成本。结果：45～49岁、50～54岁、55～59岁三个年龄组是筛查人群的主要构成部分，所占比重超过60%。不同年龄组检出率不同，检出率不随年龄的增长而变化。总体来看，2013年筛查检出率略优于2014年。乳腺癌筛查的转诊率较低，仍有较大的提升空间。不同年龄组每检出1例乳腺癌所需的筛查成本相差较大。结论：乳腺癌筛查效果一般，建议采取有效措施完善乳腺癌筛查项目。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 乳腺癌； 筛查； 乳腺超声检查； 乳腺X线检查 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.23.029 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）23-0059-03 　　Analysis of Breast Cancer Screening of Shunyi District in Beijing during 2013 to 2014/LYU Yan-li，QIN Hong-feng，LI Yi.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（23）：59-61 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the status of breast cancer screening in Shunyi District comprehensively.Method：Breast clinical examination and ultrasonography were used for initial screening，and the person who had positive result in initial screening or was defined high risk population would be sent for further mammography.All screening data from 2013 to 2014 was collected from the Beijing Maternal and Children’s Health Network Information System.Age distribution of screening participants was analyzed，while the detection rates，referral rates and screening costs per breast cancer were calculated by age groups.Result：The age groups of 45-49，50-54 and 55-59 were the main components，accounting for more than 60% of the total screening participants.The crude detection rates of different age groups were different，and there is no trend of detection rates among different age groups.Overall，the detection rates of 2013 were slightly better than that of 2014.Breast cancer screening referral rate was low，there was still a lot to do for improvement.The screening cost per breast cancer was significantly different for each age group.Conclusion：Breast cancer screening effect is ordinary，it is recommended to take effective measures to improve the breast cancer screening project. 　　【Key words】 Breast cancer； Screening； Br
