景德镇市首起布鲁氏病暴发疫情调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析我市首起布鲁氏菌病（以下简称布病）疫情暴发的原因，探讨布病防制措施，防止此类暴发疫情发生。 方法 通过分析布病流行病学个案调查情况，明确该疫情波及范围和暴发原因，开展病例主动搜索，在政府指导下，卫生部门和农业部门联合采取有效防控措施，使疫情得到控制。 结果 该起布病疫情共确诊病例6例。检测密切接触人员血液样本20份，结果阳性5份，均无布病临床表现，为布病隐性感染者。 结论 发病的原因是布病患者与羊群接触时没有采取有效防护措施，直接接触病羊造成感染所引起，因此，加强布病疫情监测，开展对医务人员布病知识培训，加大对重点人群布病防治知识的宣传教育，提高其防病意识，可以有效控制布病暴发疫情发生。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 布病；暴发疫情；调查处理；控制措施 　　[中图分类号] R516.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）28-0123-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the reasons for the first outbreak of brucellosis （hereinafter referred to as brucellosis）， to discuss the prevention and treatment of brucellosis， and to prevent such outbreaks. Methods By analyzing the individual case of epidemiology of brucellosis， the scope and reasons for outbreak of the epidemic were clarified， and positive search of the cases was carried out. Under the guidance of the government， the health sector and the agricultural sector jointly adopted effective preventive measures to control the epidemic. Results There were 6 diagnosed cases in the epidemic situation. 20 samples of blood sample in the close contact persons were detected. The results were positive in 5 cases， without clinical manifestations of brucellosis， who were all inapparent infections. Conclusion The reason for the onset of disease is that when the patients with brucellosis are in contact with the sheep， they do not take effective protective measures， and they are infected by direct contact with sheep.
