某街道新发恶性肿瘤患者生活质量现状分析 　　摘 要 目的：探索可行的社区恶性肿瘤分层管理模式，更好地改善肿瘤患者生存质量。方法：收集调查2013年1月至12月某街道124例新发肿瘤患者生活质量现状，采用欧洲生活质量核心问卷中文版对肿瘤患者5个功能领域、3个症状领域、1个整体健康状况和6个单一条目的生活质量进行评估。结果：在躯体功能、角色功能、整个生活质量领域及症状领域（疼痛、呼吸困难、疲倦）方面，年龄小、病程在1年内的患者生活质量高；在认知功能方面，年龄越大生活质量越高；在症状领域方面，病程越长生活质量越差。结论：恶性肿瘤患者生活质量现状分析能细化恶性肿瘤管理模式，对不同年龄及不同病程恶性肿瘤患者“分层”细化管理起指导作用。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 恶性肿瘤 生活质量 管理模式 　　中图分类号：R73 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）20-0038-04 　　Analysis of the life quality of the new patients with the malignant tumor in a community* 　　XU Qiong1， ZHU Jing 2， GAO Wenjuan1， JIANG Danma1， ZHANG Yingyin1 　　（1. Methods： The quality of life in 124 new patients with the tumor from January to December 2013 in a community was collected and investigated. The core questionnaire of the quality of life for the patients with tumor in Chinese version made by the European cancer treatment research group was used to respectively analyze 5 functional domains， 3 symptom fields， 1 overall health situation and 6 single title of the quality of life of the patients with tumor. Results： In the physical function， role function， the whole quality of life and symptoms domain （pain， difficult breathing and fatigue）， the quality of life was better in the young and the course of the disease within 1 year. In the cognitive functions domain， the older the better the quality of life was. In the symptom domain， the longer the course of disease， the worse the quality of life was. Conclusion： Analysis of the quality of life of the patients with the malignant tumor can subdivide the management mode of the malignant tumor and play a guidance role in the hierarchical fine management of the patien
