建筑业农民工管理现状及对策分析 　　摘要：“用工荒”问题几年前就在全国各地蔓延。为此，通过分析建筑业农民工管理存在的问题，总结出农民工无序的快速流动，给工程项目管理带来很大的不稳定性。简而言之，建筑业农民工的管理对策，制度的完善、建筑业技术工的培养、统一劳务市场的建立，以人为本是解决农民工问题的最根本前提。 　　关键词：农民工；施工企业；管理现状与对策 　　Abstract: labor shortage problem in several years ago spread all over the country.
