临床护理路径在骨科护理中应用效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年6月-2012年8月本院骨科收治的患者160例，随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，均行常规骨科护理，而观察组再实施临床护理路径，并观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组住院时间、住院费用、疾病知识掌握率、并发症发生率分别为（16.5±3.2）d、（10 453.4±143.2）元、91.2%、3.8%；对照组分别为（21.2±3.0）d、（14 325.9±141.1）元、76.2%、8.8%。观察组患者疾病知识掌握率高于对照组，住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P　　【关键词】 骨科护理； 临床护理路径； 应用效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing in department of orthopedics.Method：160 patients from June 2010 to August 2012 were admitted to department of orthopedics in our hospital，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group were given routine department of orthopedics nursing， the observation group were given clinical nursing pathway on the basis of this， and the nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Result：In the observation group， the hospitalization time， cost of hospitalization， rate of mastering knowledge of disease， complication rates were （16.5±3.2）d，（10 453.4±143.2）yuan，91.2%，3.8%；in the control group， the hospitalization time，cost of hospitalization，rate of mastering knowledge of disease，complication rates were （21.2±3.0） d，（14 325.9±141.1）yuan，76.2%，8.8%.Control rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， the hospitalization time， cost and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group in hospital， and the difference was statistically significant（P 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选取2010年6月-2012年8月本院骨科收治的患者160例，均有不同程度的骨伤，排除合并其他严重心、肺、肝及肾等疾病患者，糖尿病，冠心病患者及妊娠，哺乳期患者。将所有患者随机分为观察组及对照组，各80例。其中观察组男48例，女32例，年龄19～73岁，平均（46.4±3.2）岁，上肢骨折患者24例，下肢骨折患者20例，肋骨骨折患者18例，脊柱骨折患者9例，骨盆骨折患者5例，其他4例；对照组男49例，女31例，年龄19～73岁，平均（45.9±3.1）岁，上肢骨折患者25例，下肢骨折患者19例，肋骨骨折患者18例，脊柱骨折患者10例，骨盆骨折患者5例，其他3例。两组患者在年龄、病情及体质等方面比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2 方法 两组患者均行常规骨科护理，而观察组再实施临床护理路径。 　　1.2.1 制定合理有效的临床护理路径 患者入院时护理人员需做好患者入院时指导工作，向患者详细介绍医院环境、病房环境及骨科病房各项规章制度，同时也向患者介绍病房各项设备[5]，作息时间，主治医师及责任护士等，以便使患者尽早了解病房患者，消除陌生感。患者
