Methods 78 nurses from March 2010 to October 2013 in Navy General Hospital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 39 patients in each group. Nurses of the control group were given the conventional clinical nursing management mode, and nurses of the study group were given hierarchical management model. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nurses before and after management in two groups were investigated and compared, and the patients satisfaction to nursing work of two groups were investigate.
