社区老年人慢性便秘调查 　　摘 要 目的：探索社区老年人便秘的易患因素。方法：采取普查方法调查上海市松江区车墩镇5 943例60岁及以上老年人，用调查问卷形式了解个人情况。便秘定义为粪便干结，排便困难，每周排便不足3次，明确疾病及药物所致便秘除外。结果：调查应答率为89.57%（5 323/5 943），60岁及以上老年人便秘的总体发生率为30.4%（1 618/5 323）。生活不能自理者的便秘发生率（89.5%，564/630）高于生活自理者（22.5%，1 054/4 693）；女性生活不能自理者中的便秘发生率（91.6%，361/394）高于男性（86.0%，203/236）。结论：老年人便秘易患因素可能与年龄、性别及日常生活能力自理与否相关。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 便秘 现况调查 社区 老年人 　　中图分类号：R256.35 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）18-0056-02 　　Survey of the community elderly chronic constipation 　　XIA Jian 　　（Chedun Community Health Service Center of Songjiang District， Shanghai 201611， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the susceptible factors of the community elderly constipation. Methods： With the screening method， 5 943 elderly people aged 60 and over were investigated in Chedun Community of Songjiang District， Shanghai and the questionnaire was used to understand the personal circumstances. The definition of the constipation was the stool stem node， difficult defecation， and defecation less than 3 times a week except for those caused by the explicit disease and drug. Results： The response rate of the survey was 89.57% （5 323/5 943）. The overall incidence of the constipation was 30.4% （1 618/5 323） in the elderly aged 60 and over. The incidence of the constipation was 89.5% （564/630） in the people who could not take care of themselves， which was higher than 22.5% （1 054/4 693） in those who could take care of themselves. The incidence of the constipation was 91.6% （361/394） in the female who could not take care of themselves， which was higher than 86.0%（203/236） in the male.
