优质护理在预防多排螺旋CT增强检查患者对比剂不良反应价值分析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理在预防多排螺旋CT增强检查患者对比剂不良反应的应用价值。方法：选取2009年3月至2013年5月期间我院接受多排螺旋CT增强检查的患者158例，依据随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组各79例，两组患者均给予常规多排螺旋CT增强检查和护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予优质护理，统计分析所有患者多排螺旋CT增强检查时血压波动、心率波动、焦虑情绪情况，检查后对比剂不良反应发生情况和以及护理总满意度情况。结果：多排螺旋CT增强检查时，观察组患者血压波动、心率波动、焦虑情绪情况发生率明显低于对照组;多排螺旋CT增强检查后，观察组患者对比剂不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者总满意度明显高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义。结论：优质护理可有效缓解患者CT增强检查时心理、生理上的不适，降低多排螺旋CT增强检查后患者对比剂不良反应的发生，有助于提高患者对护理的满意程度。 　　关键词 优质护理 多排螺旋CT增强检查 对比剂 不良反应 　　中图分类号：R473; R814.4 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）23-0035-04 　　Analysis of the value of high quality nursing in preventing the adverse reactions 　　of the patients received multislice spiral CT enhancement examination* 　　XIE Lingying**， LIU Xilong 　　（ CT Room of Yichun People’s Hospital， Jiangxi Province， Yichun 336000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the application value of high quality nursing in preventing the adverse reactions of the patients received multislice spiral CT enhancement examination.
