Results After nursed intervention group PEFR， 25%FRF， 50%FRF， 75%FRF were significantly higher than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant when compared between the two groups （P 　　[Key words] Bundles of care； Bronchial asthma； Anxiety； Quality of life 　　支气管哮喘是临床上常见的疾病，主要是支气管-气管对外界反应过度敏感所致[1]。支气管哮喘的防治工作非常严峻，其中多数患者本身对哮喘相关知识了解有限，一旦发病会严重影响患者的生活质量，导致患者情绪焦躁；而焦躁的情绪又会进一步加重患者的病情[2]。集束化循证护理（bundles of care）方案[3]是指以循证医学为基础，将目前已经被证实的有效的一系列护理方案集合在一起，给住院患者提供最好护理的一种方法；该理念充分体现了以人为本的原则，是由美国健康促进研究所率先提出，并开始受到广大医务工作者的重视。本研究将集束化循证护理方案应用于支气管哮喘患者，观察患者护理后的负性情绪、生活质量、肺功能等改善情况，以期为防治气管哮喘护理工作提供一项新的措施，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2011年6月～2013年6月我院收治的110例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象，男74例，女36例；年龄17～76岁，平均（47.3±9.4）岁；病程3～57年，平均（28.4±11.2）年。按照支气管哮喘分级标准[4]：轻度47例，中度41
