成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者治疗前后EPQ评定初步分析 　　[摘要]目的：分析成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者治疗前后艾森克个性问卷（Eysenck Personality Questionnaire，EPQ）评分的变化，为临床治疗时的心理疏导提供参考。方法：应用艾森克个性问卷在正畸治疗前、治疗结束后对68例的成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者，108例个别正常牙合学生进行测试，结果进行t检验。结果：治疗前成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者在E分量表上的评分低于个别正常牙合学生，在N分量表、P分量表和L分量表的评分均高于个别正常牙合学生，以上差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。正畸治疗结束后的成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者在L、E分量表上的评分高于个别正常牙合学生，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：积极治疗成人骨性安氏III类错牙合患者，可改善其心理状态，提示正畸治疗的同时应关注患者的心理变化。 　　[关键词]骨性安氏III类错牙合；艾森克个性问卷；个别正常牙合 　　[]R783.5 [文献标志码]A []1008-6455（2015）22-0055-04 　　Abstract： Objective To evaluate the mental health of patients with skeletal class III malocclusion in adults，thus to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods 68 adult orthodontic patients with skeletal class III malocclusion and 108 students with individual normal occlusion were included.The psycological health of the patients and the students was evaluated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ），t test was used to analyze the data. Results Factors of E in EPQ of the patients before treatment were lower than that of the students with individual normal occlusion.Factors of N，P and N in EPQ of the patients before treatment were higher than that of the students with individual normal occlusion respectively，and the differences were significant.Factors of L and E in EPQ of the patients after treatment were higher than that of the students with individual normal occlusion respectively，and the differences were significant.
