化疗药物对临床护士的危害与职业防护 陈霞 （湖北省华中科技大学附属荆州市中心医院消化内科） [摘 要]目的 分析化疗药物对临床护士身体健康的影响，提高护士对化疗药物的危害认识及自我防护意识,将化疗药物对人体的危害减少到最低程度。方法 随机抽取我院接触化疗药物配制及使用的临床护士50名，采用自制问卷的形式调查进行职业防护教育前后护士对化疗药物危害的认识程度及采取的防护措施进行比较。结果 在进行规范化的职业防护教育后，洗手人数增加6%，戴手套的人数增加18%，穿防护衣的人数增加60%，戴防护眼罩的人数增加64%，洗脸的人数增加48%，护士对化疗药物危害认识程度明显提高，自我防护意识显著增强。结论 在进行化疗的过程中，存在或潜在一些危险因素，对临床护士危害很大。因此，进行规范的职业教育，制定严格的化疗药物使用规程，采取必要防护措施是极其重要的。 [关键词] 化疗药物；临床护士；危害；职业教育 Occupational Education and Injury of Chemotherapeutic Drugs On clinical nurse CHEN Xia (Gastroenterology Department in Affiliated Jingzhou Central Hospital of Huazhong University of Science Technology，Hubei,China） Abstract: Object To analyze the health influence of chemotherapy drugs on clinical nurses ,To improve the knowledge of clinical nurse on the injury of chemotherapy drugs and self-protection awareness ,in order to minimize the injury of chemotherapy drugs .Methods Select randomly 50 clinical nurses who contacted chemotherapy drugs before preparation in our hospital.The survey was done using a self-designed questionnaire ,and compared to the knowledge of the injury of chemotherapy drugs and preventive measures after Occupational Education.Results After standard occupational protection education, the number of washing hands increase by 6%, the number of gloves increase by 18%, the number of wear protective clothing increase by 60%, the number wear protective eyewear percent increase by 64%, the number of washing face increase by 48%, The knowledge of clinical nurse on the injury of chemotherapy drugs and self-protection awareness were prominenimprovement.Conclusion Standard occupational education,strict operating procedure of chemotherapy drugs and essential preventive measures was significantly.
