PAGE 内 容 摘 要我国民营快递业的产生是经济发展和企业运营需要的产物，民营快递企业从诞生的那天起，就以独特的运作模式提供了传统邮政不能满足的服务；采取了“门到门”的服务方式，承诺在严格规定的时间内完成寄递任务。正是这种贴身、高效率的服务使民营快递业得到了社会越来越多的认可，在一个较短的时间内获得了快速的发展。作为快递企业的灵魂，健全、高效的快递网络主宰着快递企业的成长与发展，是企业坚实的基础和重要的保障。本文以温州宅急送为例，阐述了因素分析法在快递企业选择配送中心或中转站以及操作点时的运用，以及优化的配送路线对于企业的重大意义。第一章阐述了本研究的意义，分析与设计的方法和主要内容。第二章对快递企业的网络系统进行分析以及一些理论综述，主要以配送中心的选址和系统规划为核心。第三章基于温州宅急送的现有网络系统进行分析。第四章结合配送中心选址及配送路线优化等设计理论提出拟解决的主要问题。第五章对提出的问题进行优化设计，对设计的不足之处进行归纳总结，并对以后的工作进行展望。关键词： 快递业、最近插入法、配送线路优化、中转站ABSTRACTChinas private possession is an express economic development and enterprise operation needs, private enterprise from the birth of delivery day with unique operation mode provides the services of traditional postal cannot satisfy, Take the door to door service mode, commitment in strict rules of time delivery.
