PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT8創意創業會全力贊助：百本復康力量在職達人 2017 提名表格計劃簡介 Introduction工作事業發展是職業復康重要的一環，傷健人士要達致全面就業，需要克服不少障礙。而我們相信社會上確實有眾多傷健人士正在默默耕耘，自食其力，為社會作出貢獻。“天行健，君子以自強不息”《易經》，意即君子應像宇宙運行不息，縱然面對逆境，仍堅毅不屈。復康在「職」達人旨在表彰以堅毅不屈精神，努力克服工作和生活障礙的傷健人士。我們亦藉舉辦這次選舉活動，讓社會大眾進一步了解傷健人士融入社會的決心、他們的工作能力和幹勁，從而消除誤解及偏見。期望得獎者可成為所有傷健人士的典範，有助增強他們的自信心，發揮互助互勉的積極精神。Work is an integral part of occupational rehabilitation. Persons with disabilities need to overcome numerous difficulties in order to reach full employment. We believe that there are a large number of persons with disabilities in the society who are self-reliant and diligent making contributions to the society.Based in ‘I-Ching’, a man should keep strengthening himself and act as a continuous motion of the Universe. Although he is facing tough times, he would be able to overcome it with strength and endurance. Thus, the event is named “Life Driver Selection” aiming at commending of the persons with disabilities who make strenuous efforts to overcome the obstacles in their daily lives. Through this selection, we wish to let the general public understand the determination of the persons with disabilities to integrate into society, their work capability and competence in order to eliminate misunderstanding and prejudice.
