PAGE PAGE 1 《国际商务应用文翻译》课程教学方案（2015——2016学年第一学期）课程名称:（中文） 国际商务应用文翻译课程名称:（英文） Translation of practical business writing 课程性质：□公共课 □学位基础课/核心课 ■选修课预修课程：翻译理论与实践修读对象：MTI翻译专业硕士(笔译)研究生任课教师：朱慧萍办公地点：学院搂C楼214室答疑时间：周五下午14:30–15:30(电话预约)联系电话-mail地址：zhuhuiping@suibe.edu.cn教 材：使用专门编写的讲义和相关文献资料主要参考书目：《外经贸应用文》 朱慧萍 上海交通大学出版社 2009年5月主要内容 (课程简介) 本课程的教学有助于翻译学专业硕士了解国际间的货物贸易、服务贸易、知识产权贸易等方面常见的商务合同的基本构成、语言特点、文体风格、语域等。并掌握一定的商务合同英汉互译技能。本课程中主要通过学习六个不同内容合同,即代理协议、租赁协议、劳务输出合同、建筑承包合同、招投标文书、技术转让合同,使学生熟悉国际商务合同文本的基本行文格式,包括法律英语特点、专业词汇、法律文本常用语句、句式结构、篇章构成等。进而了解翻译作为法律文本的商务合同的基本要求,及翻译标准。因为在国际商务活动中实际使用英语文本的合同较多,故本课程以介绍和学习英译汉翻译技能为重点,适当介绍汉译英翻译技能。两者有机结合,以取得相得益彰之效果。This course is designed to train students of MTI to translate from English into Chinese, and vise versa, the commercial contracts, agreements and related documents frequently used in the international trade in goods, services, and IPR-related products. By expounding and analyzing the terminology, diction, sentence structures, and discourses featuring the above-mentioned genre, we help students develop some techniques both in translation of English documents into domesticated Chinese versions that adequately communicate the information of the original versions, and in the modification of template English documents, which helps form commercial contracts or related documents in English that faithfully interpret the notions, claims, and terms and conditions contained in the corresponding Chinese documents.Instead of course-books, learning materials specially compiled for this course (including six commercial contracts/ agreements, and translation exercises) are provided. Some references are also recommended for further study and discussion.教学目标：本课程着重培养学生： 1）知晓商务合同的语言使用特点,文体风格；2）熟悉国际商务合同文本的基本行文格式；3）了解翻译作为法律文本的商务合同的基本要求,及翻译标准； 4) 掌握一定的国际商务合同英汉、汉英互译技能。 教学模式：1.将传统教学与现代化多媒体辅助教学手段相结合;2.本着以学生为主体的教学理念，采用将小组讨论与翻译实践相结合的教学方法,增强课堂学生之间，师、生之间的互动性,提高学生的课堂参与度;3.不断改进,更新教学内容,注重培养学生实际英-汉,汉-英翻译应用技能；借助单元合同内容讨论与翻译实践训练,强调“学”与“练”的有机结合。考核方式：闭卷笔试考核与
