球头硅胶管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨硅胶球头管在慢性泪囊炎治疗中的应用及其效果。方法 随机选择慢性泪囊炎患者共42例48眼(归为A组)和经泪囊造影筛选的慢性泪囊炎患者共40例49眼(归为B组)。A组患者均采用硅胶球头管逆向植入鼻泪管的方法进行治疗。B组患者根据泪囊造影的结果选择术式,泪囊下端直径在3~6 mm者施行上述术式;泪囊较小或较大者,改用其他术式。结果 术后随访6~23(平均8.50)个月,A组48眼中,痊愈30眼,有效12眼,无效5眼,手术失败1例,有效率为87.50%;B组49眼中,痊愈36眼,有效11眼,无效1眼,手术失败1例,有效率为95.92%。两组间有效率差异有统计学意义(χ?2=2.547,P0.05)。结论 硅胶球头管逆向植入鼻泪管是慢性泪囊炎较理想的治疗手段之一。术前泪囊造影筛选适应患者,术中正确操作均可提高手术成功率。 　　【关键词】硅胶球头管;慢性泪囊炎;应用 　　 　　Spherical headed silicon tube implantation for the treatment of chronic dacrycystitis 　　LUO Rong jiang,LI Xiao min,LIU Shao rui,et al.Department of Ophthalmology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat Sen University,Guangzhou,510080,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application and clinical outcome of spherical headed silicon tube implantation in the therapy of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Forty two cases(48 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly chosen for group A,forty cases(49 eyes)who had the examination of dacryocystogram were chosen for group B.The patients in group A were treated with spherical headed silicon tube implantation,in group B,The form of dacryocyst was observed,and different therapy methods were selected according to it.The cases whose diameter of dacryocyst inferior extremity was 3 6 mm received spherical headed silicon tube implantation,the other cases received other operations.Results Following up 6 23 months with an average of 8.5 month,for the 48 eyes in groupA,30 eyes were Cured,12 eyes were improved,and 5 eyes had no effect,the effective rate was 87.50%.For the 49 eyes in group B,36 eyes were cured,11 eyes were improved,and 1 eye had no effect.The effective rate was 95.92%.There were significant differences between group A and group B by χ?2 test(χ?2=2.547,P0.05).Conclusion Spherical headed silicon tube implantation for the treatment of chronic dacrycystitis is effect,and the examination of dacryocystogram before operation can improve the achievement ratio of the operation. 　　【Key words】Spherical headed sil
