PAGE PAGE V 毕业设计（论文）题 目： 系 别： 专 业： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 年 月 日摘 要本论文详细论述了无菌罐控制系统的设计全过程，通过对无菌罐系统的充分了解，以行业现状为出发点，结合其他行业自动控制技术的应用情况，提出了基于PLC的无菌罐控制系统。本论文使用日本OMRON系列可编程控制器作为控制模块，设计了无菌罐系统中罐体和阀组的蒸汽灭菌及冷却、灌装、CIP清洗等的工艺程序。本系统设计中不仅完成了无菌罐控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计，而且还利用世纪星组态软件实现了实时监控系统的设计，能够对整个无菌罐系统的工作状态进行实时监控，使得整个设计形象生动，实用性强。采用PLC来控制无菌罐的灭菌至清洗，实现了无菌罐系统控制的自动化，不仅对劳动生产率的提高，对无菌化性能稳定、自动化程度提高、产量提高都具有深远的意义，而且对无菌包装技术的发展起到了良好的促进作用。关键词：无菌罐控制系统；可编程控制器；世纪星组态软件AbstractThis paper discusses the design process of aseptic tank control system in detail, through the understanding of aseptic tank systems, to the industry status quo as the starting point, and combines with other industry application of automatic control technology, and proposes PLC-based aseptic tank control system. This paper uses Japanese OMRON series programmable controller as a control module, and designs tank and valve for steam sterilization and cooling, filling, CIP cleaning process procedures of aseptic tank system. This system not only completes the hardware configuration and software design of aseptic tank control system, but also by using Century Star configuration software has realized the real-time monitoring system design, to the entire working state of aseptic tank system in real-time monitoring, and makes the whole design vivid, practical.
