探究糖脂消胶囊对2型糖尿病高脂血症作用的研究.pdfVIP

提 要 本文分为实验研究和理论研究两部分。 第一部分为实验研究，以小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射配合高热量饮食饲养复制糖 尿病大鼠模型，取模型鼠 90 只，随机分为 5 组，即模型组、参芪降糖颗粒组和糖脂 消胶囊高、中、低剂量三组。空白组大鼠 10 只。通过糖脂消胶囊对血糖、胰岛素、 糖化血清蛋白、血脂等方面的影响，探讨其作用机制。结果表明，糖脂消胶囊可使2 型糖尿病高脂血症模型大鼠的血糖、糖化血清蛋白降低，改善糖代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵 抗；可降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白，升高高密度脂蛋白，调节脂代谢紊乱， 且具有较高的安全性。 第二部分为理论研究，围绕本论文实验的研究内容，从糖尿病高脂血症的中、西 医发病原因、机理及治疗、模型大鼠与2型糖尿病高脂血症的病证相关性、糖脂消胶 囊的配伍意义、药理分析、糖脂消胶囊的作用机制及疗效分析等方面做了论述。 关键词 2型糖尿病；高脂血症；健脾燥湿；活血降浊；糖脂消胶囊 Speciality: Author: xiaoling zhang Tutor:jianhua feng Abstract The present paper is composed of two parts: the experimental study and the theoretical. The experimental study firstly duplicated model rates of insulin resistance of Type 2 diabetes mellitus successfully, which were raised on a low dose of strepozotocin injected into the vein of rat’s tail and a high caloric diet followed. Then the rats were divided into five groups: Model group, shenqijiangtangkeli group, Tangzhixiao low, medium , and high dose group. The other 10 healthy rats are control group.And to explore the mechanism from the influences of Tangzhixiao on blood sugar, insulin, GSP, TC, TG, LDL and HDL. The result showed that Tangzhixiao could make the model rat of Type 2 diabetes mellitus decrease its blood sugar, GSP, TG, TC and LDL, increase its insulin sensitivity and HDL, improve its lipodystrophy, And with upper security. The second part of theoretical study is related of animal experimental study, including the state of study on mechanism and treatment of DM with hyperlipemia, the relation of model rats insulin resistance of Type 2 diabetes mellitus, the makeup of Tangzhixiao, mechanism of Tangzhixiao capsule, and curative effect of Tangzhixiao.
