试析六神丸抗肿瘤的临床及实验研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：考察六神丸对恶性肿瘤（中晚期食管癌）患者以及小鼠体内H22（肝癌） 腹水移植瘤的抑制作用，探讨六神丸抗肿瘤作用的机理。方法：临床研究部分选取 43 例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为观察组(化疗/PF 方案+六神丸组)和对照组(化疗组 /PF 方案)，其中观察组 23 例，对照组 20 例，两组均治疗 2 个疗程，比较两组治疗 前后病灶大小、临床症状、体重、KPS评分以及毒副作用的变化情况。动物实验部分 观察六神丸的体内抑瘤作用，运用免疫组化技术，主要从抗肿瘤血管生成的角度，探 讨其抗肿瘤的作用机理。结果：临床研究证实，六神丸能改善肿瘤患者临床症状和一 般情况，在控制肿瘤病灶方面，观察组有效率和病灶稳定率均略高于对照组，但经统 计学分析两组无显著性差异，在毒副作用方面未见显著性差异；实验研究证实：六神 丸与顺铂合用有协同抗肿瘤作用，六神丸可以有效抑制 H22 腹水移植瘤 MVD、VEGF 及 PDGF 的表达。结论：六神丸能改善恶性肿瘤患者的临床症状，而且可以通过抗肿 瘤血管生成等途径实现抗肿瘤作用，与化疗药物联用，可产生协同作用。 关键词 六神丸；抗肿瘤；抗血管生成 Clinical and Experimental Research of Liu-shen-wan on the mechanism of antitumor action Specialty：Clinical internal medicine of TCM Western medicine Student：Li Jing Tutor：Prof. Qi Yuanfu Abstract Objective: The study subjects Liu-shen-wan to tumor (in advanced esophageal cancer) patients, as well as ascites H22 mice transplanted tumor inhibition to explore the antitumor mechanism of Liu-shen-wan.
