试析健脾温肾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾肾阳虚证的疗效观察与机理探讨.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：探讨健脾温肾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效、安全性 及机理。方法：按照随机、对照的原则将符合本研究标准的 60 例患者随机分为治疗 组30例，对照组30例。治疗组口服健脾温肾方煎剂，每次150ml，一日2次；对照 组口服固本益肠片，每次 4 片，一日 3 次。均连续 1 个月（1 疗程），同时配合心理 辅导、饮食指导治疗，治疗期间两组均不再用其他治疗该病的药物。观察治疗前后两 组的临床症状、体征及血、尿常规、心、肝、肾功能等安全指标检测，并进行对比分 析。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为 90.00%、对照组为 83.33%，经统计学处理，无显 著性差异（P0.05）；两组患者中医证候疗效比较，经统计学处理，有显著性差异 （P0.05）；治疗组在改善腹痛欲泻泻后痛减、畏寒肢冷、肠鸣矢气、脉象方面经 t 检验，有显著性差异（P0.05）；两组患者精神情绪症状改善情况治疗前后比较，治 疗组明显优于对照组；两组治疗后钡剂全胃肠通过时间及结肠通过时间与治疗前比较 有显著性差异（P0.05），治疗组在改善全胃肠动力及结胃肠动力方面与对照组比较 有显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：健脾温肾方能有效缓解腹泻型肠易激综合征脾肾阳 虚证的临床症状，疗效确切，无不良反应，其机理可能与调节胃肠运动，减低内脏的 高敏感性，调节机体免疫功能等有关。 关键词 健脾温肾方；肠易激综合征；脾肾阳虚证；临床研究 Clinical observation and mechanism discussion on Jianpiwenshen Soup in treating Deficiency of Yang of Both Spleen and Kidney Syndrome of Irritable bowel Syndrome(diarrhea type) Speciality: Internal medicine of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine Author ：Zhou Lingyan Tutor：Prof ．Yao Baotai Abstract Objective: To observe the security and clinical efficacy of treating Yang of Both Spleen and Kidney Syndrome of Irritable bowel Syndrome (diarrhea type) with Jianpiwenshen soup.
