试析六神丸对RAS影响肿瘤血管生长的实验研究.pdfVIP

提 要 血管新生化是实体肿瘤生长、侵袭和转移的重要因素。本实验考察了六神丸和培 哚普利对小鼠体内S180移植瘤抑制作用，以及血管紧张素II对肿瘤生长的促进作用， 并运用免疫组化技术，从肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统抗肿瘤血管生成的角度，探讨 了六神丸抗肿瘤的作用机理。研究证实，六神丸和培哚普利不仅能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞， 而且可以有效抑制S180肉瘤MVD、VEGF、FGF-2的表达以及AngII的表达，六神丸与 培哚普利在抑瘤率和抗肿瘤血管生成方面无显著性差异，但在提高生存率、改善生存 质量方面有显著效果。由此推论六神丸不仅对恶性肿瘤细胞具有直接杀灭作用，亦可 以通过RAS系统抗肿瘤血管生成途径等多角度实现抗肿瘤作用。 关键词 六神丸;血管生成;RAS;免疫组化方法 Experimental Research for the Mechanism of Liu-Shen Pill on Tumor Angiogenesis by RAS Specialty: Clinical internal medieine of TCM Westen medicine Student: Liu Haiyan Tutor: Prof. Qi Yuanfu Abstract Angiogenesis plays crucial role in the development, invasion and metastasis of tumors. This experiment investigated the restraint effect function of Liu-shen-pill and perindopril to s180 transplanted tumor in small rats. And the promote effect function of the angiotensinII to tumor growth was also observed in the experiment. The mechanism of action anti-tumor on the liu-shen-pill was studied with the method of the anti-tumor angiogenesis of Rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) by using immunohistochemistry.
