试析六神丸抗肺癌转移及其作用靶点的实验及临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察六神丸抗肿瘤转移的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法：动物实验以Lewis 肺癌、S180 肉瘤为模型，观察六神丸的抑瘤、抗转移等作用疗效。临床观察六神丸对 中晚期非小细胞肺癌近期客观疗效、生活质量卡氏评分、免疫功能（NK细胞）、肿瘤 标志物 CEA 的变化情况和毒副反应的情况。结果：动物实验证实，六神丸对 Lewis 肺癌和 S180 肉瘤移植瘤均有明显抑制作用，且能明显抑制肺转移瘤的生长，对 Lewis 肺癌肺转移在转移率和转移程度方面均低于生理盐水对照组（P0.05-0.01）；并抑制 肿瘤组织VEGF、MMP-2的表达，提高 E钙连接素的表达，高剂量优于低剂量，低剂量 与化疗合用具有显著增效作用；亦有保护荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官，减轻化疗引起的免疫 器官损伤的倾向。临床观察显示六神丸联合化疗可较好改善大部分临床症状，稳定并 增加体重，提高患者生存质量，保护机体免疫功能，减轻化疗对血液系统的损害，降 低肿瘤标志物 CEA 的水平，但在减小和稳定病灶方面与单纯化疗组相比无显著性差 异，两组对肝肾功能的损害及消化系统毒副反应相比无显著性差异。结论：六神丸可 作为一种非小细胞肺癌患者的有效临床辅助用药，且在多层次、多环节、多靶点上发 挥作用。其抗肿瘤转移的作用机理是：提高机体免疫功能，抑制肿瘤组织VEGF、MMP-2 的表达，提高E-cad的表达，促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡。 关键词 六神丸；非小细胞肺癌；实验研究；临床研究 Clinical and Experimental Research of Six Spirits Pill on Inhibiting the Metastasis of Lung Cancer and Functionary Target Speciality：Internal Medicine of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Author ： Huang Limin Tutor ： Professor Qi Yuanfu Abstract Objective: To observe the theraputic effect on malignant tumor with Six Spirits Pill,and discuss its mechanism.
