The Significance of this Research The topic itself is very significant medical professionalism concerns mainly on medical professional code and behavior The Significance of this Research In the theory aspect, through investigation the fundamental of relationship between physician professionalism and professional behavior may be unveiled, and the recognition on topic of medical professionalism construction could be strengthened. It not only establishes an important foundation stone for system theoretical construction of medical professionalism, but also offers theoretical instruction at some key links of medical professionalism construction. Since the medical professionalism construction depends on whether the individual physician may transfer his professionalism into professional behavior or not. However, there are only experience understanding and theory transfer, lacking of precise theoretical contribution or achievement. At the aspect of practice, through investigation the main professionalism to be have by doctors shall be figured out and what is the primary professional concept actually had; as the carrier or projection of medical professionalism, how do the practice principle, fashion, management system, especially the hidden rule affect the physician behavior.
