As a kind of information era the international business model, e-commerce concept continues to win support among the people. In the electronic commerce in the process of running, the problem of supply chain coordination field of supply chain management is an important part of the supply chain, the has its own optimal objective, information asymmetry, member activities and decision-making is often associated with the whole supply chain benefit conflict.
