太原理:1大学硕士研究生学位论文D们TESTIGATIONONTHECORROSIONBEHAVIOUROFMAGNESn爪，fALLOYSINPARTICULARENVIRONMENTSABSTRACTRecently，magnesiumalloyshavereceivedextensiverecognitionbecauseoftheircorrosionresistanceproblem.Nowadays，theresearchersinvariouscountriesdidalotofstudiesonthecorrosionbehaviorandprotectivemethodofmagnesiumalloys，whichbroadenedtheapplicationofmagnesiumalloystosomeextent.Withthedevelopmentofresearch，peoplewouldIiketounderstandthecorrosionbehaviorofmagnesiumalloysinparticularenvironmentandidenti市themainfactorsofcontrollingcorrosion.Theenvironmentalfactorswhichinfluencethecorrosionbehaviorofmagnesiumalloysincludesolutioncomposition，gascomposition，temperature，humidity，pressureandsoon.Aconsensusappearstohavebeenreachedregardingthecorrosionmechanismunderlyingtheaggressivebehaviorofsodiumchlorideagainstmagnesium.However，thecorrosionprocessofmagnesiumalloysinsolutionscontainingS042-ionsremainsambiguous.Withmoreandmoremagnesiumalloysexposedtotheatmospbericenvironment，theeffectsofacidrainonmagnesiumalloysIIIEhavebecomethefocusofvariousstudies.Furthermore，H+ionscouldinfluenceboththeanodereactionandthecathodereaction，thecorrosionbehaviorofmagnesiumalloysvarywiththepHvaluechanged.lnthispaper，astudyofthecorrosionbehaviorofdie-castAZ91DinNa2S04solutionhasbeendoneandtheinf1uencesofpHvalueandS042.ionsonthecorrosionbehaviourofdie-castAZ91Daresystematicallystudied.Theresultsofthisstudymayhelppavethewayforwiderapplicationsofmagnesiumalloys.Asforthetemperature，humidity，pressureandotherfactors，thereareseveralworksstudiedthecorrosionbehavioursofmagnesiumalloysinsaItsprayatnormaltempera阳reandpressure，butthereisntaclearunderstandingofthecorrosionbehavioursofmagnesiumalloysinharshsaltsprayconditions.lnthispape飞WechosecastandextrudemagnesiumaJloyAZ61andstudiedtheinf1uencesoftemperature，humidity，pressureandNaClatmosphereonthecorrosionproductsandcorrosionmechanismbymeansofSEM，EDSandXRD.Themainresultscanbesummarizedasfol1ows:1.Thedie-castAZ91Dmagnesiumalloyswereimmersedin0.1MNa2S04solutionswithp
