摘要关键词：聚双环戊二烯、催化剂负载、纳米二氧化硅、聚合物纳米复合材料论文类型：应用基础研究IIAbstratSubject:PreparationandCharacterizationofPDCPD/Nano-SiO2CompositeSpecialty:PolymerChemistryandPhysicsName:YuDong-shengSupervisor:ProfessorZhangYu-qingABSTRACTPolymer/Nano-SiO2wasoneofthemostimportantbrandsofnano-compositeinrecentyears.Inthisthesis,thecomplexesofWandphenolweresupportedonNano-SiO2throughthesupportofphysicsandchemicalmethods,andPolydicyclopentadiene(PDCPD)/Nano-SiO2compositeswerepreparedthroughthesupportedcatalyst.Thisthesismainlyworksasfollows:Twokindsofcouplingagentsoftheγ-aminopropyl-ethyl-2-ethoxysilane(WD-57)andthevinyltrimethoxysilane(DB-171)wereadoptedtomodifythesurfaceofNano-SiO2andanalyzedbytheinfraredspectra.ThedifferencebetweenNano-SiO2andmodifiedNano-SiO2wasshownthroughit.Throughampuletest,theeffectsofdifferentcouplingagentsonthepolymerizationwerecompared,andinvestigatedtheparametersofcatalystamount,reactiontemperatureandGel-time.TheresultsshowedthatthecatalystactivitiesofNano-SiO2modifiedbyWD-57wasbetterthanDB-171,themonomer(DCPD)/Wmoleratewas1200:1,theEt2AlCl/Wmoleratewas20:1,themoldingtemperaturewas80Celsiusdegree.Twochemicalsupportedmethodswereused:(1)ThespecialphenolwasbondedtoNano-SiO2throughchemicalmethod,andthemacromolecularligandsweresynthesized,whichreactedwithWCl6togenerateanewsupportedcatalystWandphenolcomplexes.(2)Inthepresenceofthecatalyst,thesupportedcatalystthatwasbondedtungstenatomswithSi-ObondwassynthesizedbyreactingofNano-SiO2andthecomplexesofWandphenol.TheproductswerecharacterizedbyIR,SEMandTGA,etal.Theresultsshowedthattwonewsupportedcatalystwassuccessfullypreparedthroughchemicalmethod.FurtherenlargedpolymertestsofDCPDweremadethroughself-madeRIMsimulatingdeviceandthepreparationparametersofnanocompositeswerestudiedaccordingtotheresultoftheformersmallamountampuletest.ThenthePDCPD/Nano-SiO2compositeswerepreparedthroughthesupportedcatalystsandthealkylIIIAbstrataluminumcocatalyst.TheproductswerecharacterizedbySEMandTGAetal.MechanicalpropertywasalsomeasuredbyElectronicUnive
