摘要湖泊流域经济协调发展与生态环境系统是否协调发展以及如何使之协调发展是关系到其能否实现可持续发展的重大问题，具有重要的现实意义。本文以生态旅游开发为视角，从经济发展与生态环境交互耦合的内涵入手，较为全面总结和归纳了经济发展与生态环境耦合的机理，构建出定量评价的指标体系与评价方法，并提出了基于生态旅游开发的鄱阳湖生态影响的调控策略。通过运用耦合度模型对2001年至2011年鄱阳湖经济与生态环境耦合度从时间和空间上进行定量评价和协调性评判，结果表明：①从协调程度来看，鄱阳湖区各年份的协调程度在时序上表现为前期为失调衰退、中期为过渡类型、后期为基本协调再到过渡类型的发展过程。②从耦合协调度类型来看，各年份的耦合协调度类型均与协调程度一一对应。③从生态环境系统综合评价指数与经济系统综合评价指数的对比类型来看，10年间鄱阳湖经济发展实现了较大的增长，但与此同时生态环境质量却呈整体下降的趋势。④空间上看，鄱阳湖区6市表现出的耦合协调水平存在较大差异。南昌市和九江市虽经济发展不错，耦合发展水平较低；上饶市的耦合发展水平相对较高，但协调度还有进一步上升的空间；景德镇、鹰潭、抚州三市的生态环境水平较好，但经济发展相对滞后。鄱阳湖经济建设与生态环境耦合发展的支持体系主要包括法律支持、政策支持、科技支持和资金支持四个方面。基于生态旅游开发的鄱阳湖生态影响的调控应遵循保护性开发、持续性、地域性、协同性和可操作性等原则。实施调控的对策建议主要为：优化经济产业结构，发展以生态旅游为主体的复合型生态经济；创新管理体制，提高区域生态旅游协作能力；构建生态旅游产业生态预警机制，促进生态保护常态化；注重生态旅游利益相关者诉求，建立生态补偿机制；激励社区参与，完善多元化生态保护渠道；充分发挥生态旅游环境教育功能，营造寓教于游的大氛围。关键词：湖泊流域经济建设；环境保护；耦合协调度；生态旅游；鄱阳湖IABSTRACTThecoordinateddevelopmentofregionaleconomyandecologicalenvironmentsysteminlakedistrictandhowtohandletherelationbetweenthemisasignificantissueofregionalsustainabledevelopment,whichhasimportantpracticalsignificance.Intheperspectiveofeco-tourismdevelopment,thispaperstartsfromthedefinitionoftheinteractivecouplingbetweeneconomicdevelopmentandecologicalenvironment,comprehensivelysummarizesandsumsupthecouplingmechanismofeconomicdevelopmentandecologicalenvironment,buildsaquantitativeevaluationindexsystemandevaluationmethod,andputsforwardtheadjustmentstrategiesofPoyangLake’secologicalimpactbasedoneco-tourism.TogivequantitativeandcoordinativeevaluationonPoyangLake’seconomyandecologicalenvironmentalcouplingdegreefrom2001to2011byusingthecouplingmodel，theresultsindicate:1)PoyangLakearea’scoordinationdegreeineachyearshowsupimbalancetypeinearlierstage,transitionaltypeinmediumterm,basiccoordinationtotransitionaltypeinlaterperiod;2)Thereisaone-to-onecorrespondencebetweenthecoupling-coordinationtypeandcoordinationdegreeofeachyear.3)Fromthecontrasttypeofthecomprehensiveevaluationindexofecologicalenvironmentsystemandeconomicsystem,PoyangLakearea’seconomicdevelopmentachievedalargegrowth,whereasitsec
