DesignandimplementationofadatarecordergroundtestingsystemAbstractDatarecorderasanimportantpartofthetestingsystemcanaccuratelycompleterecordaircraftfromlaunchtofalltothegroundalltheparametersoftheflighttest.Thegroundtestingsystemofthedatarecorderwhichisdescribedinthisarticleisinordertosimulationtest,achievetherecorderloopself-checkingandfaultlocation.Itisbasedontheautomatictestsystem,usingthewayofmodular,standardization,generalization,miniaturizationtodesignthesystem,toensuringtheequipmentperformancegreatefficiency,stableandreliableandcanimplementcomprehensivetestingfordatarecorder.Accordingtothedesignrequirements,thepaperproposestheschemeofthegroundtestingsystemdesign,andpresentstheworkingprincipleofthesystemintheself-inspectionmodethetestingmodeindetail.Intheaspectofhardwarecircuit,thesystemusesapieceofFPGAasthemaincontrolunit,usingofEthernetinterfacewhichcanrapidlyandexactlyimplementthedatatransmission,tomakeinformationexchangebetweenthegroundtestequipmentandthePC.ThroughRS-422interface,thegroundtestequipmentcansendthedigitalsignaltotherecorder,successfullysimulatingtheactualtestcase.UsinganLVDSinterface,thesystemrealizeuploadingreal-timemonitoringdataofthedatarecorderandcanreadbackthewholedataafterthetestfinished,efficientlyandfasttocompletetheentiretest.UsingapieceofADchiptoreceivethedatarecorderworkingstatussignal,monitorthedatarecorder’sworkingcondition.Intermsofsoftwaresystem,makethecommunicationprotocolbetweenthegroundtestequipmentandthePCandvariousmodulesusethesameclocktodriveatthesametime,achievingtheunityofthewholesystemtiming.Thegroundtestsystemthroughalotoftestingexperiments,theresultsshowthatthisequipmentisfullyachievedthedesignrequest,completedthejoint-testexperiments,butalsohavegoodperformanceinstabilityandreliability,andtheequipmenthasbeensuccessfullyappliedintheactualtest.Keywords:automationequipment,Ethernet,FPGA,LVDS目录第一章绪论·····························································································································
