摘要随着人们健康意识的不断提高，传统的医院照明与供电系统已无法满足人们的治疗需求。完善的医院照明与供电系统的设计，能够使患者获得安全、舒适的治疗环境，更有利于患者的康复。因此，研究与设计医院照明与供电系统，为广大医疗患者提供更先进、更安全、更可靠的治疗环境具有深远的意义。本次设计是以某医院康复楼实际工程为基础，进行的医院供配电及照明系统设计。设计内容包括照明系统、低压配电系统、设备与导线的选择、建筑物防雷、接地及安全。本论文的主体结构分为:第一章绪论,介绍建筑电气技术的现状及发展趋势，以及医院供电系统的设计。第二章照明系统设计,根据相关规定及医院照明设计要点，确定照明方案；根据照度要求及控制方式，选择灯具和开关；根据走线原则及安全便捷省钱省管、安装规范，建筑结构等走线，完成照明与应急照明设计，绘制照明平面图。第三章低压配电系统设计,根据本工程负荷等级及供电要求确定供电方案,选择低压配电装置，完成低压配电系统设计,绘制低压配电干线系统图。第四章设备与导线的选择,统计负荷量，为配电系统选择导线和设备，绘制配电箱系统图。第五章建筑物防雷、接地及安全,根据本地区及建筑具体情况确定防雷等级，进行防雷选择设计计算，完成防雷及接地平面图的设计，并根据医院特殊场所的接地方式对电源中性点不接地的IT系统进行了分析和描述，最后对全文进行总结与展望。关键字：照明与供电系统、医院照明、低压配电系统、IT系统AbstractWiththecontinuousimprovementofpeopleshealthawareness,thetraditionalhospitallightingandpowersupplysystemhasbeenunabletomeetthetreatmentneedsofthepeopleTheperfectdesignofhospitallightingandpowersupplysystemcanmakepatientsgettreatmentenvironmentofsafe,comfortable,moreconduciverehabilitationforpatients.Therefore,theresearchanddesignhospitallightingandpowersupplysystemforthemajorityofmedicalpatientsprovidethetreatmentenvironmentofmoreadvanced,safer,morereliablehasfar-reachingsignificance.Basedonaprojectofahospitalrehabilitationbuilding,thepowersupplyandlightingsystemdesignofhospitalisimplemented,whichincludeslightingsystem,low-voltagedistributionsystem,thechoiceofequipmentandwire,buildinglightningprotection,groundingandsafety.Themainstructureofthispaperisdividedasfollows.ThefirstchapterintroducesthesituationanddevelopmenttrendoftheElectricalBuildingTechnology,aswellashospitaldesignofthepowersupplysystem.Thesecondchapterlightingsystemdesign,accordingtorelevantregulationsandhospitallightingdesignelementsdeterminethelightingsolution;accordingtotheintensityofilluminationrequirementandcontrolmode,chooselampsandswitches;accordingtotheprincipleofsecurityconvenientandinstallationspecificationandstructuretoroutandfinishdrawoflightingandemergencylightingplan.,accordingtothetheengineeringloadlevelandpowerrequirementsdeterminethepowersupplyscheme,selectlow-voltagedistributionequipment,
