AbstractColormarkdetectionisanimportantbasisforcharacterizingtheaccuracyofmoderngravureprintingsystem.Inordertoresolvetheproblemsofthepoorperformancecomplicatedmanualoperationandthelowerdetectionaccuracyoftheconventionalcolormarkdetectionsensor,thisthesispresentsadesignschemeofthecolormarkdetectionphotoelectricsensorsystem.Thenewcolormarkdetectionphotoelectricsensorsystemisbasedonamicroprocessorcore,withintegratedphotovoltaicmodule,weaksignalprocessingmodule,signalacquisitionmoduleandthecommunicationmodule.Thissystemisabletocompletetheselectionoftheoptimallightemission,convertingopticalsignals,weaksignaldetection,programmablegain,settingthesignalthresholdisautomatically,thesignalA/Dconversionandtwo-waycommunicationandotherfunctions.Systemusesahigh-performance,low-power,low-cost8-bitPICseriesenhancedMCUasthecorechip,whichintegratesA/Dconverter,CANcommunication,communicationmoduleRS-485interfaces,simplifyingthehardwaredesignofthesystem.Usinglow-noisephotoelectricconversioncircuitandfiltercircuit,effectivelyenhancethesignaltonoiseratioofthesystem.Theuseoflow-noisepreamplifiercircuit,willbeusefultoamplifyweaksignalstoappropriatelevel.Usingdoubleedgedetectionalgorithmdetectsthemomentofthecenterposition,whichraisesthedetectionaccuracyofthesystem.UsingA/Dsamplingconductsprogrammablegainandsignalthresholdsetautomatically.Byusingthecoaxialreflectiveopticalsystemandthemechanicalstructureoftheshieldtoreducetheinfluenceofdisturbancelight.Bytheanalysisofcolormarkdetectionphotoelectricsensorsystemdesignontheabove,wesetupthesimulativeoverprintsystemplatform.Throughhardwareandsoftwaredebugging,thissystemultimatelyachievesthebasicfunctionsofthecolormarkdetection.Theresearchanddesignofthisthesisoptimizetheoperationofthesensor,IIimprovetherangeofcolormarkdetectionandmeetthespecificationrequirementsofthecolormarkdetectionphotoelectricsensorsysteminhigh-speedoverprinting.KeyWords：Colormarkdetection,photoelectricsensor,weaksignaldetection,doubleedgedetection,signalthresholdIII目录摘要.......
