本文采用时间窗法和时间带法，结合峰的保留时间，对色谱峰进行定性地分析，识别出混合物各组成成分。为方便地计算各组成成分的浓度，本文设计并实现了归一法、内标法和外标法等方法，从而完成了整个系统的定性与定量分析。对标准样品进行的测试，以及对结果进行的详细分析说明本文所开发的色谱分析系统已达到了预期要求，具有较高的可靠性和实用性。关键词：色谱峰，去噪，特征点识别，面积计算，定性与定量分析IIDESIGNANDIMPLEMENTATIONOFCHROMATOGRAPHICPEAKANALYSISANDCALCULATIONSYSTEMABSTRACTChromatographicanalysisisakindoftechnologytoseparateandanalyzevariousingredientsofamixture,whichiswidelyusedinchemical,biologicalandotherfields.Chromatographicanalysisprocedureincludestheseparationofmixtureinchromatographicinstrumentandtheanalysisofchromatographicpeaksusingsoftwareonthecomputer.Thispaperdesignedachromatographicpeaksanalysisandcalculationsystembasedoncomputingsystems,andstartresearchworkfocusingonmaintechnologies.Thepaperproposedageneralframeworkoftheanalysisandcalculationsystemofchromatographicpeaksonthebasisofcomprehensiveanalysisofchromatographicinstrumentstatusandfeaturesofchromatography.Thepaperdesignedchromatographicsignalde-noisingalgorithmandchromatographicpeaksfeaturerecognitionalgorithmandchromatographicpeaksareaintegrationalgorithmandotheralgorithms,realizedqualitativeandquantitativeanalysisofchromatographicpeaks.Inviewofthechromatographicsignalde-noisingproblem,thepapercombinedserpentine-mean(Snake)filteralgorithmandadvancedfirst-orderfilteralgorithmbyanalyzingthecharacteristicsofchromatographicsignalnoiseinthesignal,andrealizedthede-noisingofchromatographicsignals.Featuresrecognitionofchromatographicpeaksistodeterminethelocationofbeginningpointandtoppointandendpointofeachpeak.Basedongeometricfeatureextractionofchromatographicpeaks,thepapercompletedthejudgmentofMovementtrend(rise,flat,decline)ofeachsignalpoint.Combiningthemovementsofeachpoint,slope,peakwidthand,halfwidthandotherparameters,thepaperproposedfeaturerecognitionalgorithmofchromatographicpeaksbasedonthechromatographicsignalcharacteristics,andrealizedfeaturerecognition.Inordertocalculatetheareaofchromatographicpeaks,onthebasisofbaselinecorrectioncompleted,thepaperrealizedthesegmentationofeachpeakbyusingitsfeatur
