AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,Chinasbankinghasbeendevelopingrapidly,withstandingthetestoftheglobalfinancialcrisis,playingakeyroleinChinaseconomicconstruction.Inthecurrentandcomingperiod,thedomesticandinternationalenvironmentfacingChinasbankingindustryisstillsevereandcomplicated,tofurthermaintainitshealthydevelopmentandthequalityofcontrollablecreditassetsofthebanking,inthewholeprocessweshouldstrengthentheprimarylineofcorporatecreditriskmanagementresearch,exploreitsownrules,andconstantlyimprovethelevelofgrassrootslineofcorporatecreditriskmanagementandcorporatecreditassetqualityandoffermaximumprotectionagainsttheriskofthecompanyscreditbusinessinthejuncture,whichisofpracticalsignificance.DomesticresearchaboutcommercialbankscreditriskmanagementoftheCompanymainlyfocusedonthetheoreticalaspectsofmacro,neglectinglawstudyofpartialspecificoperationallevelprocessmanagementongrass-rootspractice,whichisverynecessaryifwewanttopreventtheriskasmuchaspossible.Creditbusinessisthemainbusinessofcommercialbanks,andoverallsizeofthecompaniescreditbusinessislarger.Facingavarietyofeconomicentitiesandallwalksoflife,riskmanagementiscomplexanddiverse,somoredifficult.Corporatecreditriskusuallymeansthepossibilityofleavingthebanksufferingfromalosswhenmoneyofthebankisloanedtocorporatecustomers,andtheborrowerisunabletorepayduetovariousreasons.Corporatecreditriskmanagementmeansthatthebank,throughtheestablishmentofacertainformoforganization,theimplementationofaseriesofrulesandmeasures,makesthecorporatecreditbusinessrisksbecomecontrollabletomaximizethecorporatecreditassetqualityandearnings.Theprimarylinecompanycreditbusinesssectorisoneofbankcorporatecreditbusinesssectorsandisoneofthefirstpassofthecorporatecreditbusiness,riskmanagement.Itscreditriskmanagementprocess,whichmeanstheprocessoftheriskmanagementprocess,isaneffectivemanagementmodelonthepracticelevelofcompanyscreditriskmanagement.Itaimstoprovideaguaranteeforthehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentofcorporatecreditbusiness.Itisawholemanagementsys
