haslaidsolidfoundationfortheestablishmentoffingerprintingforthequalitycontroloftheprocessedslicesofChinseshawthorn,andanewcluewasdiscoveredforthefurtherresearchontheprinciplesofhawthornprocessing.Inordertoinvestigatetheeffectofstir-friedhawornonthedigestion,thepreliminarypharmacologicalresearchwascarriedout.Bytheexvivoexperimentsonthesmoothmuscleofratgastricfundusandtherabbitduodenumandileumsmoothmuscle,thechangeofthesmoothmuscleweredeterminedtostudytheeffectofdifferentprocessedslicesofChinesehawthornonthecontractionofexvivostomachintestinesmoothmuscles;bytheinvivoexperimentsofgastricemptyingandsmallintestineprogradationofnormalmice,aswellasthegastricemptying,smallintestineprogradation,andgastricsecretionofatropine-loadedmice,theeffectofdifferentprocessedslicesofChinesehawthornonthegastrointestinalmotilitywereinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsindicatedthatbothofthecrudeandstir-frieddrugsofChinesehawthorncouldsignificantlysimulatethecontractionandrelaxationofexvivostomachintestinesmoothmuscleaswellaspromotethegastrointestinalmotility,andthedrugsafterstir-fryinghaveastrongereffect.Statedthus,inthissubjecttheadvancedscientificinstrumentswereintroducedandthemoderntechnologywascombinedwithtraditionalskillsfortheobjectificationoftheempirical“FirepowerHuohou”withcontrollabletechniqueparameters;thechangeofchemicalcompositionsofChinesehawthornbeforeandafterstir-fryingprocesswereinvestigatedandthechangelawsoftheHPLCfingerprintingoftheChinesehawthornafterstir-fryingwererevealed;basedontheabovework,thepharmacologicalactionsofthecrudehawthornanditsprocessedsliceswerestudied,theresultsofwhichwasinaccordancewiththetraditionaltheorythatthestir-friedandscorchedhawthornaregoodatpromotingdigestionanddissolvingstagnation.Theideasandtechnologyappliedinthissubjectareaimedatofferingreferencewaysforthestudyofthestir-fryingprocessofotherherbs.Keywords:Chinesehawthorn;stir-fryingprocess;“FirepowerHuohou”;chemicalcompositions;pharmacologicalactions目录1引言.......................................
