PAGE PAGE IV 中文摘要 中国的新闻信息服务类网站主要分为新闻网站与综合性商业门户网站两类。与依托传 统媒体的新闻网站不同，《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》规定，商业网站在登载时政类 新闻时，必须转载传统新闻媒体或新闻网站的内容，不得登载自行采写的原创新闻。尽管 如此，商业网站依然在时政类新闻领域的原创新闻作出了相当多的探索与尝试，开拓网站 的原创新闻的报道空间。 本文选取腾讯网作为研究对象，对商业网站的原创新闻的来源、原创作者、表现方式、 以及如何拓展网络媒体的报道空间等内容进行分析。本文将分为三个研究：第一个研究从 原创新闻类型、原创作者和原创栏目三个方面对腾讯网的原创新闻进行总体分析，并对不 同类型新闻专题的原创新闻表现进行对比分析；第二个研究为腾讯网与人民网原创新闻的 对比分析，选取“温州动车”事件为案例研究，对比二者的原创报道在新闻主题及信息源 使用的区别；第三个研究为与腾讯网的 6 名网络编辑的访谈，补充网站新闻人员在操作原 创新闻中面临的实际问题。 研究发现：尽管相关法规规定商业网站不得登载自行采写的新闻和其他来源的新闻， 但在腾讯网的时政新闻专题中，登载了大量自行采写或其他来源的原创新闻，并且腾讯网 的原创新闻是以网站人员为主导，编辑人员掌握了登载原创新闻的主导权和主动权。 其次，通过腾讯网与人民网对“温州动车事故”的原创报道对比，发现腾讯网更注重 对社会普通人物的报道，使他们的意见和信息得以广泛传播，扩大了网络新闻的公共讨论 空间。在规避登载原创新闻的风险方面，腾讯网也通过转移新闻来源、“洗稿”以及弱化 标注转载出处的方式登载原创稿件，以及原创栏目《今日话题》与《活着》分别以新闻评 论和图片报道的形式开拓报道空间。在中国媒体商业化转型的过程中，商业网站努力拓展 原创新闻的空间，逐渐打破传统媒体对新闻信息的垄断，成为传统新闻媒体与新闻网站外 的另一种具有影响力的新闻来源。 关键词：原创新闻；网络新闻；商业网站；腾讯网 ABSTRACT There are two types of news websites in China: news websites operated by traditional media and news sites run by commercial portals. According to Chinese laws and regulations on internet websites, commercial portals are not allowed to publish original news or conduct reporting on political, economic, diplomatic, and military issues. They are also banned from covering breaking news such as crime or accidents. However, commercial portals have been making efforts to collect and publish original news. This study explores how commercial portals produce original news in spite of government restrictions and if their original news contribute to diversification of news sources and expansion of space for public discourse. To answer the research questions, this thesis conducts a case study of selected news sites at the Tencent website (), with focus on the content and presentation of its feature story packages. This study also explores the news production process at through interviews with senior editors. This paper pursues three separate but related lines of inquiry.
