This paper is making a new exploration from the view of finance and has an important theoretical significance.With the financial turmoil sweeping the global world， the financial risk that the listed companies had exposed made people think deeply， some of them even went bankrupt just because of they are lacking of financial vitality. Researching the financial vitality of the listed company became the important topic in order to make the listed company developing well.
