AbstractWiththeincreasinglyopendegreeofChinesesociety，moreandmoreforeignerscometoChinaforworking,livinganddwelling.Meanwhile,communitieswhicharedesignedforattractingforeignerstoliveappearinlargecitiesofChina.Theareawhereforeignerscentrallyinhabitisnamelytheinternationalcommunity.Residentsininternationalcommunitieshavedifferentnationalities,valueorientations,thinkingways,languageexpression,religiousfaith,communitymanagementphilosophiesandlifestyles,allofwhichbringgreatchallengetotheresidentfusionofinternationalcommunity.TakingSInternationalCommunityinShenzhenasaresearchobject,thispaperconducteddeepandon-sitestudyandanalyzedoutfourmainfactorsinfluencingthefusionofinternationalcommunities,whicharelanguage–thetoolofcommunityfusion,activity–carrierofcommunityfusion,cultural–mediumofcommunityfusion,andpsychology–thekeyofcommunityfusion.Basedonthatandfromtheperspectiveofmulti-culturetheoryandsocialfusion,thepaperusestheconcept,methodsandskillsofsocialworktointervenetheproblemofresidentfusionininternationalcommunitywiththemethodofcarryingoutgroupwork.Inaddition,itconcludesandrethinksthespecificimplementationandgoalachievementsituation,andanalyzesthechangeofserviceobjectbeforeandafterprovidingserviceaswellastheserviceeffect,toexploresubstantialmethodsfortheproblemofresidentfusioninsocialworkinterveninginternationalcommunity.Thispaperisdividedintofourparts.Thisfirstpartisresearchoverview,mainlyelaboratingtheresearchbackgroundandsignificanceofresidentfusionininternationalcommunity,andcombingrelevantresearchliteratures.ThesecondpartistoanalyzethecurrentsituationofresidentfusioninShenzheninternationalcommunitiesfromtheaspectsoflanguage,communityactivity,cultureandpsychology,analyzetheproblemtheymeetintheprocessofcommunityfusionaccordingtofactualmaterial,andputforwardfeasibilityandnecessityofresidentfusioninsocialworkinterveningIIinternationalcommunity.ThethirdpartintroducesgroupworkpracticeandworkachievementwhenIhadinternshipinShenzheninternationalcommunity.Thelastpartistodiscus
