THERESEARCHOFSHANGHAIYOUTHVOLUNTEERSINCENTIVES—TAKINGXUHUIDISTRICTASANEXAMPLEABSTRACTWiththeaccelerationofReformandOpenness,Chinaisbecomingmoredemandingonpromotingculturalandideologicalprogressbasedonitsrapiddevelopmentofmaterialcivilization.Ourvolunteerservicehasmadegreatdevelopmentandprogressundertheinfluenceofthegovernment,marketandtherising“thirdsectors”,yetencounteredunprecedentedissuesandisnowgettingtoachokepoint.Youthvolunteersaregainingmoreandmoresocialconcernsasthemaincontributorsonvolunteerservice,whichencouragesustothinkoverseriously:Howtoleadouryouthvolunteerstoservesocietywithkindnessinmindinthecontemporarysocietythatbearsdiversifiedvalues.Therefore,wewillstudytheyouthvolunteerserviceworkatXuhuiDistrictasastartingpoint.Wewillbuildtherelevanttheoreticalbasisthroughdocumentationmethodandanalyzetherelevantresearchdataofyouthvolunteerstoreachsomeanalysisontheoperationwaysofyouthvolunteerservice.Throughcomparativestudiesandthroughtakingtheadvancedtheoryandpracticefromabroad,wewillfindouttheissuesinthecurrentpracticeofXuhuiyouthvolunteerincentives,whichmainlyincludesissueslikepoliciesinadvance,inadequatepolicyinput,immatureenvironmentforthepoliciesandrelevantregulationsnotdetailed,notspecificandnotguaranteed.Wewillthenanalyzetheoriginsoftheissues:theeconomicdevelopmentisyettobeimprovedandtheinputonvolunteerserviceisstillinadequate;theculturalandideologicalprogressstillrequiresfurtherdevelopmentandtheresponsecapacityofsocietyalsoneedstobecultivated;inadequateinputofpoliciesleadstoaunitarysubject–“PartyandYouthLeagueLeading”mode;thelegalguaranteesystemisstillinsufficientetc.Focusedontheseissues,wewillexplorethesolutions,including:strengthentheexternalandinternalconstructionofyouthvolunteerandenhanceself-motivationofindividualvolunteeretc.WehopethestudieswillprovidesomebeneficialreferencesfortheestablishmentofShanghaivolunteerservicesystem.KEYWORDS:youthvolunteers;incentives;issues;solutions目录摘要....................................................................
