商品混凝土搅拌站选址优化决策研究—以西安市为例专业：工程经济与管理硕士生：李茂峰指导教师：卢梅副教授摘要随着我国经济建设的快速发展，商品混凝土行业正面临着巨大的行业发展前景，但同时也存在着区域发展不平衡、区域集中度过高等问题。面对激烈市场竞争，为了企业的生存和更好的发展，作为商品混凝土配送体系核心的混凝土搅拌站位置的选择的正确与否就显得格外重要。为此，本文针对商品混凝土搅拌站选址问题进行了系统的研究。本文梳理了商品混凝土行业的发展现状、趋势以及商品混凝土搅拌站选址不合理所造成的危害；分析了国内外在设施选址方面的研究现状和存在的问题，通过问卷调查研究，确定了影响商品混凝土搅拌站选址的一般因素，并运用主成分分析法从中提取出目标市场容量、经营与基建成本、土地成本、顾客对服务的满意度、运输成本、对环境的污染程度、大面积土地可得性、与原材料供应商的接近程度、交通便利性、政策环境优劣等关键影响因素，并借助粗糙集理论计算出各关键因素的权重。建立了双层规划模型和模糊综合评价模型相结合的搅拌站选址模型。通过增加混凝土配送时效性和顾客满意度约束而建立起来的搅拌站选址模型，在一定程度上满足了决策者总成本和顾客满意度方面的平衡，得到了更加贴近现实情况的选址策略。以西安市某商品混凝土公司选址为例，采用时间序列预测法对目标区域的混凝土需求量进行预测，利用贪婪算法对模型求解，最终得到最优的选址布局，验证了本文提出的商品混凝土搅拌站选址模型的有效性和实用性。本文研究成果为商品混凝土搅拌站选址决策提供了科学性的参考依据。关键词：商品混凝土搅拌站；选址；双层规划模型；模糊综合评价法；2StudyontheLocationSelectedofConcreteMixingStation——TakingXianasanexampleSpecialty:ManagementScienceandEngineeringCandidate:LiMaofengSupervisor:LUMeiAssociateProfessorAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofChinaseconomicconstruction,concreteindustryisfacinggreatprospectsfordevelopmentoftheindustry,buttherearealsounbalancedregionaldevelopment,regionalconcentrationistooadvancedproblem.Facedwithfiercemarketcompetition,inordertosurviveandbetterdevelopmentofenterprises,asacommoditydistributionsystemofconcretecoreofconcretemixingstationlocationchoiceiscorrectornot,itisparticularlyimportant.Inthispaper,forconcretemixingstationsitingproblemswerestudied.Thispaperreviewsthecurrentsituationofcommercialconcreteindustrytrendsaswellasconcretemixingstationlocationunreasonableharmcaused;analysisoftheresearchstatusathomeandabroadintermsoffacilitysitingandproblems,throughaquestionnairestudytodeterminetheeffectsofconcretemixingstationsitinggeneralfactors,andtheuseofprincipalcomponentanalysisextractedfromthetargetmarketcapacity,operatingandinfrastructurecosts,landcosts,customersatisfactionwiththeservice,transportationcosts,pollutionoftheenvironment,largeareasoflandthekeyfactorscanhavesex,thedegreeofrawmaterialsuppliersclosetotransportationconvenience,themeritsofthepolicyenvironmentandsoon,andwiththerightroughsettheoryto
