（6）学术产出方面，学术产出与博士生学术职业选择存在正相关关系（7）薪酬期望方面，工资期望值与博士生学术职业选择存在负相关关系（8）信息掌控方面，就业信息掌控能力的欠缺是影响博士生签约单位类型的重要原因之一。最后，针对研究结果，本文从理工科高校博士生学术社会化的入口、过程和出口等三个阶段提出了促进理工科高校博士生学术职业选择的实现策略，指明了未来的研究方向。关键词：社会化学术职业选择影响因素实现策略AbstractAcademicprofessionitselftakesdualtasksofacademicgenerationandacademicinnovation.Theacademicscholarsforlifelongcareer，asacarrierofpreservingknowledge，selectingknowledge，transferringknowledgeanddevelopingknowledge，arenotonlytheshapersofhightoptalents，butalsotheleadersofsocialdevelopment.Therefore，itisofgreatstrategicsignificancetoclarifytheinfluencingfactorsofacademiccareerchoiceinoptimizingthemanagementofdoctoralacademicsocializationprocess，attractingmoreoutstandingdoctoralstudentstojointheacademicranks，andpromotingacademicinnovationandsocialdevelopment.Usingtheresearchtoolof―PhDquestionnaires‖，thisstudysurveyedabouttwohundredandninetyfreshPhDgraduatesfromsevenuniversitiesofscienceandengineering(ShanghaiJiaotongUniversity，HuazhongUniversityofScienceandTechnology，HarbinInstituteofTechnology，CentralSouthUniversity，ChinaUniversityofGeosciences，WuhanUniversityofTechnology，NanjingUniversityofTechnology)onthebasisofliteratureresearchandinterviews，investigatedtheoveralldevelopmentaboutdoctoratecandidatesinuniversityofscienceandengineeringinacademicsocialization，andstress-testedthecorrelationbetweensevenfactors(academicbackground，matriculatequality，academictype，careerplanning，academicoutput，salaryexpectations，informationcontrol)andacademiccareerchoiceaboutdoctoratecandidatesinuniversityofscienceandengineeringbasedontheresearchmethodsoffrequencyanalysis，analysisofvarianceandcorrelationanalysis.Itdrewthefollowingconclusions：（1）Theoveralldevelopmentofacademicsocializationaboutdoctoratecandidatesinuniversityofscienceandengineeringaren’toptimistic.Theproblemsofdoctoralsocializationincludingteacher-studentrelationshipandpsychologicalpressurebecomeincreasinglyprominent.Itpresentsaunevendevelopmentstateamongallkindsofuniversities.Therestillexistsdiversificationemploymenttrendab
