摘要随着工业革命和经济全球化的发展，人类与自然的冲突日益显现，生态危机爆发。人类逐渐认识到生存环境面临的巨大威胁，生态意识渐渐觉醒，生态学研究兴起，并且得到众多领域的关注，生态学方法被广泛借鉴，成为科学研究在方法论上的一种突破。教育学家把生态学方法应用到教育研究领域中，给教育研究带来了清新的视野。生态学理论同样适用于成人教育系统。本文以生态学中的生态平衡规律为理论基础，仅以笔者所看到的成人教育发展过程中结构上的不足之处为着眼点，主要从层次结构和区域结构两个方面探讨我国成人教育发展中的结构失衡问题及其带来的不良影响，并对生态平衡规律的理论要点进行阐述，对发展当代成人教育有所作用之处加以剖析，从中得到了促使我国成人教育结构平衡发展的重要启示。文章主要分为五个部分，第一部分，即引言部分，阐述了问题的提出，并查阅国内外相关生态平衡和成人教育结构问题的著作和论文等研究成果，分析该领域的研究现状。第二部分，根据国内外的相关研究对生态平衡的概念进行界定，并阐述其理论要点。第三部分，从社会政治、经济、文化等的发展以及成人教育自身发展的角度解读成人教育结构平衡的现实意义。第四部分，从层次结构和布局结构两方面讲述了我国成人教育结构失衡的现状，并分析导致此种状况的原因。第五部分，通过对生态平衡概念的理解和理论要点的掌握，在分析成人教育系统中层次结构和区域结构失衡的表征的基础上，结合教育系统与自然生态系统间的关联之处和相似之处，得到成人教育结构失衡的不良影响以及生态平衡规律对成人教育结构均衡发展的启示。关键词：生态平衡；成人教育；结构失衡；层次结构；区域结构AbstractAlongwiththeindustrialrevolutionandeconomicglobalizationtheconflictbetweenhumanbeingsandnaturemoreandmoreobviousandtheecologycrisisappearance.Themankindrecognizingthatthelivingenvironmentfacehugetreatthentheecologicalawarenesswakeandtheecologicalstudiesarise.Itreceivedmuchattentionandecologicalmethodisextensivereferencetobeabreakthroughinscientificresearchmethods.Theeducatorsreferencethemethodtoeducationresearchandsettlethenewfieldofvision.Theecologytheoryappliestoadulteducationtoo.Thisarticlebasedontheecologicalbalanceregularandfocusedontheinadequaciesofthestructureofadulteducationtheninvestigatedtheadverseeffectsofimbalanceofstructureofadulteducationfromhierarchyandregionalstructure.Thearticleelaboratedthetheorypointsofecologicalbalanceregularandanalyzedtheusefultoadulteducationthengotinspirationforthedevelopmentofadulteducation.Thearticlewasdividedintofiveparts.Thefirstpartisintroduction.Itelaboratedtheproblemputforwardandanalyzedthesituationthroughfindtheresearchachievementaboutecologicalbalanceandthestructureofadulteducationathomeandabroad.Thesecondpartdefinedconceptofecologicalbalanceandelaboratedthetheoreticalpoints.Thethirdpartgaveinterpretationofthebalancedstructureofadulteducationfromthedevelopmentofpoliticalandeconomyandcultureandadulteducationintheirown.Thefourthpartrepresentedthes
