兰州 兰州交通大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 20 世纪末，随着信息技术、网络技术的快速发展，信息化已成为工业管理与发展不 可缺少的因素，也成为高层管理者关注的焦点。设计工业厂区三维可视化管理系统，建 立信息化的管理平台成为一种潮流，也是三维地理信息技术应用到工业管理的必然趋 势。 实现通过信息化技术来强化和提高石油化工生产、销售和管理的各个环节，通过追 求技术的制高点，给现代石化生产、管理和销售提供一个全新的视角和信息化的平台， 使公司决策部门在业务生产、厂区规划、物业管理、安全部署、应急消防等方面更加 直观、高效、科学的管理，提升石化厂区的信息化管理水平，实现对石化厂区的虚拟三 维管理。通过兰州石化消防应急指挥信息系统的建设，探索出搭建石化消防应急指挥平 台框架的思路，为其他工业消防指挥信息平台的建设与推广应用起到示范的作用。 充分考虑到兰州石油化工公司系统建设需求，结合兰州石化厂区内的实际情况，选 择国内外先进、稳定的数据管理和开发平台，依据快鸟的高分辨率影像数据、地形图数 据，通过实地量测，进行精细化三维建模，实现各类要素在虚拟三维环境中的图属互查、 数据编辑、数据入库、空间分析、查询统计、用户管理、应急消防等功能，建成集图、 文、表、库、三维实体模型相结合的生产和管理的综合信息服务系统。 系统结构采用“集中+分布式”建设思路，采用 B/S 架构的开发方式，以 ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 为数据管理和开发平台，以 Oracle 数据库系统，实现三维仿真数据和属性数据等 资料海量数据的管理、维护；实现海量 GIS 数据的编辑、维护、分析、浏览等功能。 石化消防应急指挥平台良好的交互性，虚拟三维厂区快速漫游，基于厂区位置的生 产数据的统计分析查询，逼真的现场环境，以及基于此的厂区电子地图浏览、应急指挥、 规划分析等功能，是传统的纸介质、电子文档以及二维地理信息系统所不可比拟的。 关键词： 石化消防；应急指挥；三维场景；地理信息平台；空间分析 论文类型：应用研究 - I - 石化 石化消防应急指挥系统中 3DGIS 的应用研究 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract On the end of 20th century, with the rapid development of information technology, network technology, information technology has become an indispensable industrial management and development factors, has become the focus of attention of senior managers.
