AbstractIntheprocessofcementproduction,therawmealhomogenizingisaveryimportantoperationlink,itshomogenizationeffectdirectlyaffectsthequalityofcement.Traditionalrawmealhomogenizingaremostlybymechanical,becauseofthisequipmentcanget.However,thisequipmenthavesmallworkvolumeandenergy-wasting,somoderncenmentmostlyadoptpneumatichomogenizationmethod.Throughthepneumatichomogenizationmethod,rawmealcangetsuperiorhomo-effectandlowenergy.Inaddition,thishomogenizingsilohasasimplestructureandcaneasymaintenance.andmasscontinuousproduction.therefore,thispaperwillsimulatingtheprocessoftherawmealhomogenizingprocessinmixingchamberpneumatichomogenizationlibrary,anddeterminethebestparameterofhomogenizingsilo,andprovideatheoreticalbasisofhomogenizingsilo’sdesign.Intheprocessofcementrawmealhomogenization,particleflowphenomenonbelongstothegas-solidmultiphaseflow,sothistextwillresearchedbymeansofCFDnumericalsimulation.CFDmethodcansimulatethecomplexworkingconditions,andhaveshortdevelopmentcycleandlowcost.Inthepaper,weanalyzeandcalcuilateit’scriticalfluidizationvelocity,simulatetheprocessofrawmealhomogenizingusingEuler-Eulermodel,andobtainsomeusefulinformationindifferentoperationconditi-on.Thismodelcansimulatethetheprocessofdensegas-solidmultiphaseflow,andpredictsthemovementofgasandparticlesphase,particlesmotion,volumefractionofparticleswithdifferentproperties.thepaperemphaticallyanalyzesdifferentfactorsformixingeffect,includepowderparticlesize,density,ratioofhightanddiameterofequipment,accumulationheightofpowderparticles.Theresultofnumericalsimulationpredictsthemovementofthegasandparticlephase,itprovidesusefulinformationsforanalyzingthemixingtheoryandevennessdegree,andalsoprovidesimportanttheoreticalbasisfortechnologyparameterandoptimizationofstructure.Keywords:CFD,NumericalSimulation,Gas-SolidMultiple-Phase,CementRawMealHomogenizationII目录摘要...............................................................IABSTRACT...................................................................................
