本文从中学德育管理工作的角度,以石河子市内初班为案例,综合运用了管理学、 教育学的基本原理,通过问卷调查、访谈、观察等方法,对学校德育管理现状进行了实 地调查。从中发现石河子市内初班德育管理取得了一定的成效。体现在:机构健全,德 育管理制度完善,德育管理队伍得力,重视对德育骨干特别是班主任的培训,能很好地 践行社会主义核心价值观,德育目标实现的反馈良好,积极开展德育评价,积极开展心 理健康教育和培训。同时也发现以下问题:德育组织的管理不够到位、立体化网络不够 健全;德育管理理念落后、德育内容陈旧、滞后;德育过程的整体衔接不力、德育文化 建设缺乏;德育途径方法单一、学生主体性不突出。
笔者提出具体对策是:1、构建德育立体化网络体系;2、更新德育观念、创新德 育内容;3、完善德育过程管理、加强德育文化建设;4、优化德育管理途径,突出学生 主体性地位。

Abstract
Moral education is a very important part in education for overall development. It is also the main channel for schools to work on ideological and moral education of teenagers. Accordingly, the emphasis and improvement of moral education in school management is an important measure for the promotion of quality education, also a must for the overall development of teenagers.
Based on the field survey of the status quo of school moral education management, this thesis, from the perspective of school moral education management, in the case of Shihezi city at the beginning of class, this thesis combines management science and basic principles through questionnaires, interviews, observation and other methods. The city of Shihezi at the beginning of class has made some progress in moral education management which includes sound institutions, improvement of moral education management system and education management team, emphasis on moral backbone especially teachers development, practice of socialist core values, feedback of moral education and active implementation of the evaluation of moral education. Also, there exists such problems as moral education organization management, more emphasis on intellectual rather than moral education, the dated content of moral education, backward concept of moral education.
