超声心动图定量分析妊娠期糖尿病胎儿心脏功能 　　[摘要] 目的 对超声心动图在妊娠期糖尿病胎儿心脏功能评价当中的效果进行探究。 方法 选取2016年1月―2017年1月间在该院门诊行胎儿心脏超声检查的36例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组，进行超声心动图的胎儿心脏功能分析，选取36名健康孕妇胎儿作为对照组，对胎儿的心脏功能进行评价。对比两组患者的心脏结构以及各项功能指标，对妊娠期糖尿病胎儿心脏功能进行分析。 结果 在对两组进行超声心动图的检测之后，两组右心室舒张末期内径、左心室厚度、右心室壁的厚度以及右心室收缩末期内径等都差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对于妊娠期糖尿病胎儿的心脏功能来说，通过超声心动图检测，能够对胎儿的功能以及心脏结构变化有一个清楚的分析，提升妇产科医师对孕妇血糖的检测与控制，避免出现损伤胎儿心脏功能的情况，具有较高的推广价值。 　　[关键词] 超声心动图；糖尿病；妊娠期 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（a）-0016-03 　　Echocardiogram Quantitative Analysis of Heart Function of Fetuses with Gestational Diabetes 　　DU Xin 　　Department of Ultrasound， Cardiovascular Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University， Xiamen， Fujian Province， 361004 China [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of echocardiogram in evaluating the heart function of fetuses with gestational diabetes. Methods 36 cases of fetuses with gestational diabetes with the heart ultrasound examination in the department of outpatient in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the observation group， and 36 cases of fetuses from the health pregnant women were selected as the control group， and the heart functions were evaluated， and the heart structure and various functional indicators were compared between the two groups， and the cardiac function of fetuses were analyzed. Results After test， there were obvious differences in the right ventricular end dilation diameter， left ventricle thickness， right ventricular wall thickness， and right ventricular end systolic diameter between the two groups， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05） Conclusion The echocardiogram test for the heart function of fetuses with gestational diabetes can have a clear analysis of the functions of fetuses and heart structure changes， improve the test and control of blood glucose of pregnant women， and avoid the injuries of heart functions， and it is of higher promotion value. 　　[Key words] Echocardiogram； Diabetes； Gestational period 　　在?D女的妊娠期间
